Welcome to LivingDesire. By using this website or buying anything from us, you're agreeing to the terms below. We've tried to write this in plain English — it's still a legal document, but it shouldn't take a law degree to read.

1. Who we are

LivingDesire is a hemp-derived THC beverage company based in Fort Collians, Colorado. Throughout this document, "we," "us," and "our" refer to LivingDesire. "You" means you — the person reading this, browsing our site, or placing an order.

2. You have to be 21 or older

This is a big one. Our products contain THC. You must be at least 21 years old to browse this site, create an account, or buy anything from us. By using the site, you're confirming that you're 21+. We use age verification at checkout, and our carrier requires an adult signature on delivery.

If you're not 21+, please close this tab. We're flattered by your interest, but we can't sell to you.

3. Your account

If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your password safe and for anything that happens on your account. If you think someone else got into it, email us at support@livingdesire.store right away.

You agree to give us accurate info — real name, real address, real email. We need it to ship to you and to comply with state-by-state rules.

4. Orders and pricing

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order — for any reason, including suspected fraud, shipping to a restricted state, or pricing errors. If we cancel an order you've already paid for, we'll refund you in full.

Prices on the site can change without notice. If you ordered something at a certain price and we've confirmed your order, that's the price you pay — we won't surprise-bill you for the difference.

All prices are in US dollars and don't include taxes or shipping unless stated otherwise.

5. Shipping and delivery

We ship within the United States only, and not to every state — some states restrict hemp-derived THC products. The Shipping Policy has the details. By placing an order, you're confirming that the products are legal in your state and that you're not violating any local law.

Adult signature (21+) is required on every delivery. No exceptions.

6. Returns

Our Refund Policy covers what can be returned, how, and when. By placing an order, you're agreeing to that policy.

7. Health and consumer advisories

Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. We make no medical claims. The FDA has not evaluated any of our statements.

Don't drive, operate machinery, or do anything that needs your full attention after consuming our products. Don't combine with alcohol if you don't know how it'll affect you. You're an adult. You're responsible for your own consumption.

8. The site itself

Everything on this site — text, photos, logos, the DesireNest name, product designs — belongs to us (or to people we have permission to use it from). You can't copy it, repost it, or use it commercially without our written okay. Sharing a product photo on Instagram and tagging us? That's fine, that's encouraged. Cloning our store? Not fine.

You agree not to use the site to:

Break any law
Send spam or malware
Try to hack, scrape, or overload our servers
Resell our products without authorization
Pretend to be someone else

9. Reviews and submissions

If you leave a review, post a comment, or tag us on social media, you're giving us permission to share that content — on our site, in our marketing, on our own social accounts. We'll always treat your name and image with respect, and you can ask us to take something down by emailing us.

10. Disclaimers

The site and the products are provided "as is." We do our best to keep things accurate, well-stocked, and working, but we can't promise the site will always be online, that descriptions are 100% free of typos, or that the product will affect every person the same way. Bodies are different. Tolerance varies. Start low and go slow.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, DesireNest is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our products. Our total liability for any claim won't exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim came up. Some states don't allow this kind of limit, so it may not apply to you.

12. Indemnification

If your use of the site or violation of these terms causes us to get sued or hit with a claim, you agree to cover our legal costs and damages — as long as they came out of something you did.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Pinellas County, Florida, and you agree to that jurisdiction.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top. Big changes — anything that affects your rights — we'll try to flag clearly. Continuing to use the site after we've posted changes means you've accepted them.
