Our drinks contain THC, and that matters. This page is the unvarnished version of what you should know before you crack one open. Please read it. Your safety, your comfort, and your experience all depend on it.
1. You must be 21+ to buy or consume these products
Not 20. Not "almost 21." Twenty-one. This is non-negotiable, and we verify age at checkout and at delivery.
2. Don't drive or operate machinery
THC can impair your motor skills, reaction time, judgment, and depth perception — sometimes longer than you think. Do not drive, ride a bike, operate machinery, or do anything that requires full attention while consuming our products or for several hours afterward.
If you're impaired, you're impaired. Wait it out. Call a friend, call a Lyft, sleep on the couch.
3. Start low, go slow
This is the single most important piece of advice on this page.
Edibles and beverages metabolize differently than smoking — they're slower to kick in and can last much longer. If you've never tried a THC beverage before, start with half a can or less and wait at least 60 to 90 minutes before deciding whether you want more. People underestimate this constantly. Don't be that person.
Your tolerance to alcohol, cannabis flower, or other edibles is not a reliable predictor of how a THC beverage will hit you.
4. Don't mix with alcohol (especially the first time)
Combining THC with alcohol can intensify the effects of both and lead to nausea, dizziness, anxiety, or "greening out." If you're going to mix, you should already know your tolerance to each separately. Until then, pick one.
5. Not for pregnant or nursing people
Do not consume our products if you are pregnant, trying to become pregnant, or breastfeeding. THC can be passed to a baby and there is no safe known level.
6. Not for people under medical care without a doctor's okay
If you take prescription medications, have a heart condition, mental health condition, history of substance use disorder, or any other ongoing health concern, talk to your doctor before consuming our products. THC interacts with a number of medications and may worsen some conditions.
7. Keep away from children and pets
Store our products somewhere children and animals cannot get to them. THC is toxic to dogs and cats. If a child or pet accidentally consumes one, call:

8. You will test positive on a drug test
If you are subject to drug testing — for work, sports, probation, custody, or anything else — do not consume our products. They contain THC and will show up on standard drug screens, sometimes for weeks. We can't predict timelines for individual bodies. Don't risk it.
9. Possible side effects
Even at low doses, THC can cause:
- Dry mouth
- Red eyes
- Increased heart rate
- Drowsiness or, conversely, restlessness
- Increased appetite
- Altered sense of time
At higher doses, or for sensitive users, it can also cause:
- Anxiety or paranoia
- Nausea or dizziness
- Confusion or disorientation
- Lightheadedness when standing up
If you feel overwhelmed, find a quiet space, drink some water, eat something, breathe slowly, and remind yourself it will pass. It always passes.
10. If something feels seriously wrong, call for help
THC alone is not considered fatal, but if you or someone you're with is having severe symptoms — chest pain, severe vomiting, fainting, an allergic reaction, or a mental health crisis — call 911 or go to an emergency room. Be honest about what was consumed. Doctors are not there to judge; they're there to help.
11. Storage
Keep our drinks in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight. Refrigerate after opening if you don't finish in one sitting (though we recommend finishing one can per session). Heat and light can degrade the cannabinoids over time.
12. Legal status
Our products are made with hemp-derived cannabinoids that comply with the federal 2018 Farm Bill (less than 0.3% delta-9 THC by dry weight). However, individual states regulate these products differently. By ordering, you're confirming that hemp-derived THC beverages are legal where you live. If you're unsure, check your state's laws before buying.
13. FDA disclaimer
These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
14. Allergies

The short version
Be 21+. Start with half a can. Wait 90 minutes. Don't drive. Don't mix with alcohol. Don't drink it if you're pregnant, nursing, or being drug tested. Keep it away from kids and pets. Have a snack and some water nearby.
