Shipping Policy

Where we ship

We ship within the continental United States only. We don't ship internationally, and we don't currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, military APO/FPO addresses, or PO boxes.

Because we sell hemp-derived THC products, there are also several states where we can't legally ship. If you place an order from a restricted state, we'll cancel and refund it. Currently restricted states include (but aren't limited to): Idaho, Kansas, Iowa, Mississippi, North Dakota, South Dakota, Utah, and certain counties in other states.

State laws change. The most accurate check is at checkout — if our system accepts your address, we can ship there. If you're unsure, email support@livingdesire.store before ordering.

Age verification on delivery

Every package requires an adult signature (21+) on delivery. The carrier will ask to see a government-issued photo ID. Please make sure someone 21 or older is available at the delivery address — or the package will go back to the carrier and may eventually return to us.

If you'd rather not have someone home, you can route the package to a carrier hold-for-pickup location (UPS Store, FedEx Office, USPS Post Office). Just contact us before we ship and we'll set it up.

Processing time

Most orders are packed and handed to the carrier within 1 to 2 business days after you place them. Orders placed after 12 PM ET ship the next business day. We don't ship on weekends or federal holidays.

During promotions, holidays, or new launches, processing can stretch to 3 business days. We'll always email you when your order is on its way.

Transit time

Once your order is with the carrier:

  • Standard ground: 3 to 7 business days
  • Expedited: 2 to 3 business days (if available at checkout)

Florida and the Southeast usually arrive faster; West Coast addresses are typically toward the longer end. Severe weather, carrier delays, and holiday peak periods can add a day or two.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. We sometimes run free-shipping promotions on orders above a certain total — when we do, it's clearly noted on the site and at checkout.

Tracking

You'll get a tracking link by email the moment your label is created. Note: it can take 24 to 48 hours for tracking to start updating after the label is generated. If you don't see movement on day one, that's normal.

Hot weather

Cans of THC beverage can degrade if they bake on a porch for hours in 90+ degree heat. During summer months, we recommend:

  • Choosing expedited shipping if it's available
  • Avoiding orders that will sit through a weekend in transit
  • Bringing the package inside as soon as it arrives

If your drinks arrive warm or off, email us — we'll work it out.

If something goes wrong in transit

Damaged on arrival: Send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement.

Tracking says delivered but you don't have it: Wait 24 hours (it sometimes shows as delivered a day early), check with neighbors and your building manager, then email us. We'll file a claim with the carrier and figure out next steps.

Stuck in transit for more than 10 business days: Email us. We'll investigate and either replace or refund.

Refused or returned packages

If a package comes back to us because the address was wrong, no one was there to sign for it after multiple delivery attempts, or you refused it — we'll refund the order minus the original shipping cost and a $10 restocking fee. We'd much rather get your order to you, so please double-check your address at checkout.

Changing your address

Need to update an address after ordering? Email us right away at support@livingdesire.store. If we haven't shipped yet, we can change it. After it ships, we can't redirect — the carrier owns the package at that point.
