Refund Policy

We want you to love what you ordered from LivingDesire. If something isn't right, we're here to make it right — quickly, and without making you jump through hoops.

The short version

  • You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to start a return or request a refund.
  • Damaged, defective, or wrong items? We'll replace or refund — no questions asked.
  • Unopened cans in their original packaging can be returned for a refund.
  • Opened cans can't be returned for safety reasons, but if there's an issue with how they taste or feel, please email us — we'll figure something out.

How to start a return

Email support@livingdesire.store within 30 days of delivery with:

  1. Your order number (it starts with # and is on your confirmation email)
  2. A short note on what went wrong
  3. A photo, if the product arrived damaged or looking off

We usually reply within one business day. If a return makes sense, we'll send you a prepaid shipping label or arrange a refund directly — whichever is faster.

What can be returned

Eligible for return:

  • Unopened cans, sealed and in their original packaging
  • Anything that arrived damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered
  • Orders that never showed up (after we've checked with the carrier)

Not eligible for return:

  • Opened cans (food safety — we can't resell these)
  • Items marked "Final Sale" at checkout
  • Gift cards
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

When you'll get your refund

Once we receive your return (or once we've confirmed a damaged/missing item from photos), we'll process your refund within 3 business days. It usually takes another 5–10 business days for the money to show up on your card or original payment method — that part depends on your bank, not us.

Refunds go back to the original payment method. We can't refund to a different card.

Shipping costs

If the return is our fault — damaged, defective, wrong item, lost in transit — we cover return shipping and refund the original shipping you paid.

If you're returning something that's just not for you, the original shipping isn't refundable, and you're responsible for the return shipping cost.

Damaged in transit

Cans can take a beating in shipping. If yours arrived dented to the point of leaking, or the box looks like it lost a fight, send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll get a replacement out the same week.

Wrong or missing items

If your order is missing something or has the wrong flavor in it, let us know within 7 days. We'll ship the right thing and you don't need to send anything back.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them, before we hand them off to the carrier. After that, you'll need to wait for delivery and return it. We move fast on shipping, so don't sit on it if you change your mind.
